Market Research Associate, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure the completion of recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Belgium, Switzerland, or any other QQFS designated markets.

• Contact M3 Global Research panelists via phone and conduct cold calls to recruit respondents for assigned projects.

• Actively plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment strategies for designated projects.

• Provide updates to the project management team in the specified format and within the required timelines regarding project work progress.

• Notify the senior manager about projects of concern when recruitment progress deviates from expectations.

• Achieve outsourced targets for designated markets.

• Meet monthly registration targets for Belgium and Switzerland.

• Carry out the assigned panel building initiatives for Belgium and Switzerland through various channels.

• Call new registrants to verify and update their email addresses.

• Collaborate with the Project Management team to address project-specific issues affecting members/respondents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German.

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Internet, social media, email, and other necessary tools relevant to assigned responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.
