This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee research projects from initial concept to publication, encompassing project scope, planning, timelines, deliverables, and support for the annual Index.

• Develop and administer surveys, which includes crafting questionnaires, determining sampling methods, selecting analytical approaches, choosing modes of data collection, and managing field logistics.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners.

• Track project risks, response rates, data quality, and potential delays; proactively escalate issues along with suggested solutions.

• Keep comprehensive records of methodology, assumptions, and limitations.

• Process, validate, and analyze survey and healthcare data.

• Detect patterns, trends, segment variances, and year-over-year shifts.

• Lead the composition of research reports, issue briefs, summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.

• Convert research findings into actionable implications and recommendations for leadership.

• Assist Marketing, Product, and leadership teams with insights, data points, and content development.

• Deliver presentations of findings to internal stakeholders and relevant external audiences.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director to translate strategic priorities into viable research plans.

• Engage in cross-functional work with Marketing, Product, and Business teams.

• Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and stakeholder requirements.

• Spot opportunities to extend or refresh existing studies.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least six years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector with a bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of four years with a master’s degree.

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare policy, healthcare research, healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage several research projects involving survey data collection, including design, execution, analysis, and reporting.

• Proven track record of overseeing and managing various research and data collection initiatives.

• Experience in developing and implementing research designs and methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and analyses.

• Hands-on quantitative experience in analyzing survey or other healthcare data.

• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences.

• Capability to distill complex topics into issue briefs, PowerPoint presentations, and annual reports.

• Interest in linking research outcomes to organizational priorities and strategic aims.

• Familiarity with the administrative burdens and workflows within healthcare, along with knowledge of key stakeholders, is advantageous.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with Qualtrics is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to work plans.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• A strong desire and capacity for learning new and challenging content areas.

• Intellectual curiosity about achieving objectives through collaboration within the industry.
