Senior Reporting Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in ensuring that Gainwell successfully meets the objectives of our clients in key areas.

• Assist in coordinating the responsibilities and activities of a business analyst team working on IT projects while mentoring newer team members through guidance and support.

• Act as an informed intermediary among clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and communicate business requirements and anticipated impacts.

• Collaborate with clients to create business specifications at the onset of a technical project.

• Analyze, plan, design, document, or propose enhancements to business processes to align with the client’s technology objectives.

• Ensure all requirements are fulfilled by reviewing and validating test results.

• Utilize fundamental analytical or relational database software—such as Excel or SQL—to assess the expected impact of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Healthcare Industry.

• At least 3 years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare systems.

• Familiarity with computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL.

• Excellent client communication skills, enabling the translation of client needs into actionable objectives.

• Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Possess a commanding executive presence and communication skills to convey messages effectively to business leaders, clients, and technical teams.
