This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborated with a client to define and implement state-specific NIBRS compliance requirements on the Mark43 platform.

• Worked alongside agency stakeholders to pinpoint reporting challenges, suggest workflow enhancements, and tackle data quality issues.

• Evaluated incident and records data to ensure adherence to state and federal reporting standards.

• Partnered with cross-functional teams to tackle intricate reporting scenarios and enhance customer outcomes.

• Guided customers in comprehending NIBRS reporting requirements and offered insights on best practices for sustaining compliance.

• Investigated data inconsistencies, documented results, and assisted customers through corrective actions to guarantee accurate reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in supporting public safety records management, reporting, or compliance initiatives.

• Solid understanding of NIBRS reporting standards.

• Capability to convert complex compliance requirements into feasible solutions for clients.

• Experience with multiple state reporting requirements is highly desirable.
