This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily preventive maintenance oversight across all active digital trackers and platforms.

• Manage and resolve user-submitted support tickets related to all supported processes and work applications.

• Handle data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows.

• Update and maintain reference data and dropdown configurations across platforms to align with current operational needs.

• Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and precise provisioning.

• Keep records of all access grants and license distributions in compliance with governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is highly regarded.

• Previous experience in technical support, systems administration, or a business analyst position.

• Experience collaborating with global or cross-regional teams in a multicultural setting.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to diagnose technical and data-related issues across intricate digital workflows.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data validation, user record management, and access provisioning.

• Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the confidence to assist non-technical users.

• Proactive and self-motivated — capable of identifying issues independently and taking corrective measures without waiting for escalation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Lists.

• Proficiency in Smartsheet is viewed as a significant advantage.
