Senior Repair Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting processes to guarantee adherence to standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.

• Oversee vendor selection, assessment, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and various fleet-related services.

• Evaluate and inspect operations to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager updated on key performance indicators.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

• Experience in fleet maintenance is preferred.

• ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is considered an advantage.

• Strong comprehension of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Capability to influence others and make independent judgments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including air travel.

• Flexible schedule availability, including day and evening shifts.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week.
