This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between Platform Management, Technical Program Management, Engineering, Testing, and Operations, ensuring effective and consistent communication and alignment across all workstreams for each release.
• Keep precise and up-to-date trackers and documentation so that every stakeholder has access to the necessary information promptly.
• Develop and uphold best practices for release management.
• Define, monitor, and report on essential release health and operational metrics to ensure timely delivery of releases that meet established success criteria.
• Identify issues, risks, and regional differences prior to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to diagnose, escalate, and resolve challenges.
• Operate independently with stakeholders and cross-functional leadership, maintaining thorough oversight of release readiness while proactively addressing blockers.
• Lead the official go/no-go decisions by owning the acceptance criteria and process required to authorize each release.
• Collaborate with Operations/Training to ensure that agents are equipped for new tools.
• Manage post-launch monitoring and retrospectives by tracking adoption, identifying post-release issues, and conducting retrospectives to promote improvements.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program management, program management, release management, or product operations, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product releases with visibility at the executive level.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation abilities across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with best practice product release processes and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Proficient in virtual collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Airtable.
• Strategic thinker with organizational skills, capable of working collaboratively and cross-functionally across various teams.
• Practical knowledge of the software product development life cycle and methodologies, with specific experience in Agile preferred.
• Highly accountable and responsible: self-starter, self-motivated, focused, and autonomous.
• Strong strategic judgment: ability to interpret organizational goals and translate them into planning activities.
• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Advocate for continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
