Senior Relationship Manager – Diversified Industries, Corporate Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee corporate banking loan relationships across various levels of complexity.

• Cultivate new business opportunities and relationships that generate revenue from corporations.

• Initiate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and finalize loan agreements.

• Administer a diverse Corporate loan portfolio while ensuring the highest standards of loan quality.

• Collaborate with the Credit team and external legal counsel as necessary.

• Remain informed about industry trends and conditions within the capital markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience working as a Corporate Banker.

• Securities licenses are preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting, and loan structuring techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial statements and cash flow analyses.

• Highly developed skills in negotiation.

• Proven experience in implementing a calling strategy to proactively engage with prospects and clients.
