Senior Regulatory Consultant – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain content strategies within Veeva Vault RIM

• Convert Smartsheet timelines into Microsoft Project and Veeva Vault RIM

• Aid in the planning, administration, and monitoring of regulatory submissions

• Assist Vertex Global Submission Managers with project management tasks, activities, and tracking

• Facilitate coordination and communication of regulatory submissions to Vertex Publishing

• Convey complex information clearly through both written and verbal communication

• Adjust to evolving requirements and priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines

• Capacity to meet strict deadlines and rapidly adapt to changing requirements and priorities

• Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication for conveying complex information, and meticulous attention to detail

• Expertise in electronic submission tools and software, including eCTD and regulatory information management systems

• Familiarity with Insight Publisher, Lorenz Publisher, Veeva Vault RIM, Content Planning, eCTD Viewers, and DXC (ISI) Toolbox

• Experience and proficiency in project management tools and software

• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office Timeline Pro
