Senior Regional Sales Manager, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee both direct and indirect sales initiatives throughout Southern Europe and the Iberian Peninsula.

• Tasked with discovering new business prospects and promoting revenue growth in Spain, Italy, Portugal, other Iberian regions, and Eastern European markets.

• Collaborate closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams to enhance Lunit’s market footprint and boost customer adoption of AI-driven healthcare solutions.

• Manage partnerships with global medical imaging distributors and channel collaborators.

• Offer sales support, product training, and co-marketing assistance.

• Identify and nurture key accounts in Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Iberian Peninsula.

• Perform ROI assessments, technical demonstrations, and respond to RFPs.

• Negotiate commercial contracts within established business guidelines.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of local markets, customer requirements, and competitive environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the healthcare technology sector.

• Demonstrated ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels effectively.

• Strong grasp of healthcare industry dynamics and radiology operations.

• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient business-level English communication skills.

• Keen interest in AI-driven innovations within healthcare.

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred; proficiency in Italian and Portuguese is highly regarded.

• Experience in breast imaging, diagnostic imaging AI, or healthcare software solutions.

• Experience in managing distributor networks and regional channel partnerships.

• Familiarity with value-based selling or health economics.

• Experience in global and cross-cultural business settings.
