This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Oversee daily call tasks in alignment with established expectations to meet KPIs.
• Advocate for clients’ products through outbound calls and digital interactions with designated healthcare professional targets.
• Address inbound calls from healthcare professionals and respond to product inquiries as needed.
• Identify and manage targeted healthcare professionals and key account stakeholders to enhance product volume.
• Maintain call productivity and adhere to program-required metrics, including virtual customer engagements.
• Qualify or disqualify healthcare professionals from target lists via outbound calls and digital interactions.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry, including documenting target responses and follow-up actions.
• Engage customers effectively using approved messaging and employ selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Keep an in-depth understanding of client products and programs.
• Listen attentively and respond appropriately to customer needs and inquiries.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, and privacy and data guidelines.
• Participate in teleconferences and live national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions.
• Represent clients at national and/or local conventions when applicable.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred.
• A year of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in the Oncology sector is preferred.
• Proven success in virtual engagements across various digital platforms.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge and aptitude.
• Excellent rapport-building and active listening abilities.
• Skills in strategic business planning.
• Clear, articulate speech with a professional phone demeanor.
• Capacity to learn, comprehend, and convey complex information over the phone.
• Proficient in selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology.
• Required technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must successfully complete client training and fulfill training requirements.
• May need to submit and maintain credentials, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation.
• May be required to obtain specific representative licenses in certain jurisdictions.
