• Take full ownership of regional pipeline generation and acceleration, with explicit accountability for revenue objectives and deal advancement.
• Develop and implement targeted programs that create Stage 1 pipeline and are aligned with priority accounts.
• Collaborate closely with sales leaders to identify gaps in the pipeline, prioritize accounts, and influence ongoing opportunities.
• Provide high-value, targeted experiences such as executive engagements, field events, and ABX programs.
• Adapt and execute global campaigns with a clear understanding of what will be effective in the region.
• Monitor performance diligently, optimize in real-time, and reallocate resources as necessary.
• Manage the budget prudently, ensuring that investments are aligned with expected impacts.
• 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong accountability in field or regional marketing.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise sales teams and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue results.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in dynamic environments.
• Strong collaboration with sales leadership; capable of aligning with business objectives and building trust.
• Experience with account-based marketing and multi-channel execution strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar platforms), and pipeline reporting tools.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance execution, targeting, or performance analysis.
• A strong desire to learn and experiment with new approaches.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Experience in channel and partner marketing programs.
