📋 Description

• Portfolio: The Senior Regional Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 6-10 conventional multifamily Class A properties, totaling approximately 2000 units.

• Location: This is a remote position, ideally based in Nashville, TN, Raleigh, North Carolina, or Atlanta, GA.

• Travel: This role requires 75% travel.

• Reporting: The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Property Management.

• Focus on Talent discovery; aim to build your ideal team of A-Player Property Managers.

• Empower your Property Managers while ensuring they are accountable for their decisions and results.

• Serve as a leader; be a resource for all Property Managers in your portfolio to help them achieve optimal results.

• Conduct inspections, verifications, and audits of communities regularly to ensure compliance with Bluecore and legal standards.

• Continuously assess your people, product, and pricing, taking proactive measures to resolve any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Regional Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of experience in Multi-family Property Management in a Regional capacity, specifically managing Class A assets.

• Proven Track Record: You have effectively scaled and managed portfolios of over 1,500 units, consistently meeting or exceeding budget expectations.

• Tech-Forward Mindset: You are proficient in Yardi and have a documented history of utilizing rent-maximizing software to enhance NOI.

• The “Recruiter” Muscle: You do not merely manage; you actively seek out talent. You have a proven ability to identify, hire, and nurture “A-Players.”

• Radical Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage in constructive debate and provide feedback to the SVP.

• Road Warrior Ready: You reside near a major airport and are prepared for on-site engagements where necessary (up to 75% travel).
