
Senior Regional Key Account Manager – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will provide support and guidance to a designated customer portfolio, which includes real estate agents, property developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives, serving as a trusted advisor in a specific region to optimize their digital outreach.
• As a portfolio manager, you will be accountable for acquiring new customers, re-engaging previous clients, and exploring upsell opportunities.
• You will present our products directly to customers during on-site visits.
• Your role involves establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships, understanding their needs, engaging decision-makers, and persuading them to adopt an immowelt solution.
• You will provide counsel to existing customers regarding campaign management and assess success through monthly analyses.
• You will focus on customer re-engagement (win-back) efforts.
• You will create customized customer proposals using our CRM system.
• You will monitor your activities, appointments, and customer interactions (including cancellations with reasons and preparations for new customer meetings) within our CRM system.
• You possess strong sales skills, are customer-oriented, and can effectively persuade clients through your negotiation abilities.
• You can provide evidence of relevant professional experience in field sales.
• Ideally, you acquire customers through personal interactions, utilizing competent, value-based arguments while having a keen understanding of the individuals you engage with.
• You exhibit a high level of self-organization and can strategically and efficiently plan customer visits.
• Preferably, you have some initial experience within the real estate sector.
• You will act as the regional point of contact for a specified sales territory, providing personal support to customers on-site.
• You are fluent in both German and English, in spoken and written form.
• You are adept with MS Office products.
• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration/economics (BWL/VWL) or hold an equivalent qualification.
• You are a dependable individual who takes initiative proactively.
