This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In your role as a Trusted Advisor, you will manage and advise a specific portfolio of clients (real estate agents, developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives) within a designated region to maximize their digital reach.
• As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients as well as reclaiming and upselling existing clients.
• You will present our products directly to clients on-site.
• You will establish and maintain long-term client relationships, identify their needs, engage decision-makers, and win them over for an immowelt solution.
• You will advise your existing clients in campaign management and assess success through monthly analyses.
• You will be tasked with winning back clients who have previously left us.
• You will create customized client offers using our CRM system.
• You will track your activities, appointments, and client processes (such as cancellations with reasons, preparation for new client meetings, etc.) within our CRM system.
• You are a strong sales talent, customer-oriented, and able to persuade clients with your negotiation skills.
• You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in field sales.
• You prefer to win clients through personal interaction, using competent benefit arguments, and you have a good sense of your counterpart.
• You possess a high degree of self-organization and can strategically and efficiently plan your client visits.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the real estate sector.
• You are the regional contact in a specific sales area and support clients personally on-site.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in using MS Office products.
• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification.
• You are a reliable individual who enjoys taking initiative.
• You will receive a detailed insight into your future tasks and the team during an onboarding event with all new colleagues, along with several weeks of individualized training.
• You will be provided with your own laptop and the necessary mobile devices.
