This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and provide guidance for a designated customer portfolio, which includes real estate agents, developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives within a specific region.
• Tasked with the acquisition of new customers as well as implementing win-back strategies.
• Deliver product presentations directly to customers at their locations.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by identifying their needs and engaging key decision-makers.
• Offer advice to existing clients on campaign management and assess success through monthly evaluations.
• In charge of strategies to win back former clients.
• Develop customized customer offers using the CRM system.
• Monitor activities, appointments, and customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Proven sales proficiency with a strong customer focus.
• Relevant professional background in field sales.
• Experience in personal customer acquisition and delivering effective value propositions.
• High degree of self-organization and strategic planning for client visits.
• Ideally, some experience in the real estate sector.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Completed a degree in Business Administration or equivalent training.
• Dependable individual with a proactive attitude.
