This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Trusted Advisor, you will manage and advise a specific customer portfolio (real estate agents, developers, financial clients, and housing cooperatives) in a designated region to achieve optimal digital reach for them.
• In your role as Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients as well as regaining and upselling existing customers.
• You will present our products directly to clients on-site.
• You will establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify their needs, approach decision-makers, and win them over to an immowelt solution.
• You will advise your existing clients on campaign management and assess success through monthly analyses.
• You will be responsible for winning back customers who have left (win back).
• You will create tailored customer offers using our CRM system.
• You will track your activities, appointments, and customer processes (cancellations with reasons, preparation for new client meetings, etc.) in our CRM system.
• You are a strong sales talent, customer-oriented, and persuade your clients with negotiation skills.
• You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in field sales.
• You prefer to win your clients through personal contact, competent benefit argumentation, and have a good sense for your counterpart.
• You possess a high level of self-organization and can design your client visits strategically and efficiently.
• Ideally, you have some experience in the real estate industry.
• You are the regional contact person in a specific sales area and personally support customers on-site.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient with MS Office products.
• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration/economics or a comparable relevant qualification.
• You are a reliable individual who enjoys taking initiative.
