Senior Regional Key Account Manager – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as a Trusted Advisor for a designated customer portfolio, which includes real estate agents, property developers, finance clients, and housing cooperatives, within a specific region to optimize their digital outreach.

• As a Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities will encompass both acquiring new clients and re-engaging and upselling to existing customers.

• You will present our products directly at the customer's location.

• You will establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, identify their needs, engage decision-makers, and persuade them to adopt an immowelt solution.

• You will provide guidance to your current clients on campaign management and analyze results through monthly reports.

• You will be tasked with re-attracting customers (win-back).

• You will create customized customer proposals using our CRM system.

• You will log your activities, meetings, and customer interactions (including cancellations with reasons, preparations for new customer meetings, etc.) in our CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess strong sales skills, are customer-focused, and can effectively persuade clients through your negotiation abilities.

• You have proven experience in Field Sales.

• Ideally, you acquire customers through personal interactions, utilizing persuasive, value-based arguments and have a keen understanding of your clients.

• You exhibit a high level of self-organization and can strategically and efficiently plan customer visits.

• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

• You will act as the regional point of contact for a designated sales territory and provide personal attention to customers on-site.

• You are fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are proficient in using MS Office products.

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration/Economics or possess a comparable qualification.

• You are a dependable individual who takes initiative proactively.
