Senior Regional Facilities Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the repair, maintenance, and proactive replacement of assets across a regional portfolio comprising 125–150 locations.

• Execute Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategies for both owned and leased properties.

• Collaborate with landlords, contractors, suppliers, Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams.

• Provide outstanding customer service with an emphasis on responsiveness, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure that vital building systems, including fire protection, HVAC, backup UPS, and generators, are properly maintained.

• Oversee inspection programs and guarantee compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Create documentation for business continuity, operations, and emergency preparedness.

• Offer regular portfolio reporting, presentations, and strategic insights.

• Manage regional operating budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings.

• Assess capital investment prospects and assist with renovations, expansions, and new construction initiatives.

• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, negotiate service agreements, and ensure service consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in facilities management, specifically supporting industrial and/or standalone retail facilities.

• A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, Technical Facilities, or a related field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, fire protection, UPS, and emergency generators.

• Proven leadership, project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with national and local building codes and regulations.

• Capability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in managing operating budgets and pinpointing cost-saving opportunities.

• A strong commitment to accountability, collaboration, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time.
