This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team.
• Hold regular global account discussions.
• Act as the primary liaison for global product updates.
• Assist with global QBRs/ABRs and reporting inquiries.
• Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Manage a portfolio of more than 30 customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS, B2B customer success, and CRM tools is advantageous.
