Senior Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a skilled team of talent acquisition specialists to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies that cater to clients' immediate and long-term requirements.

• Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.

• Develop and sustain robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates across diverse industries and markets using multi-channel approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates to evaluate and identify top talent.

• Interact with both candidates and clients in a prompt, professional, and sincere manner.

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for improvement and strategies to client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment role.

• Proven expertise in various candidate sourcing techniques (headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, market mapping).

• Strong client-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

• Significant experience in conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects to exceed goals.

• Strong consulting abilities and a proven track record of working effectively in a team setting.

• Experience in tracking and managing candidates through an ATS system.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
