Senior Recruiting Partner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical recruitment.

• Identify and connect with top-tier talent.

• Perform candidate outreach and cultivate promising candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of interviews.

• Conduct recruiter screenings or other candidate discussions as necessary.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams on recruitment, candidate pipelines, and hiring priorities.

• Ensure candidates are kept updated and provide a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and recruiting tools.

• Contribute to recruitment projects, research, process enhancements, and other priorities.

• Work closely with the in-house recruiter and the larger People team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of recruiting experience.

• Preferably experience in a fast-paced technology setting.

• Capability to swiftly engage in searches or recruiting workflows with minimal supervision.

• Experience in sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and overseeing recruiting processes.

• Strong sourcing abilities and a knack for building high-quality candidate pipelines.

• Ability to excel in uncertain, rapidly evolving environments.

• A thoughtful and data-driven approach to recruitment.

• High standards for accuracy and follow-through.

• Strong focus on candidate experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions is advantageous.

• Experience in a consumer technology sector is a plus.

• Background in early- or mid-stage startups is beneficial.

• Full-cycle recruiting experience is a plus.
