This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions ranging from entry-level to managerial roles, as well as temporary hires at the PPFA National Office.
• Administer the distribution of job postings, engage in proactive sourcing, screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, generate offers, and facilitate onboarding transitions.
• Perform phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Organize panel interviews and prepare standardized selection documentation.
• Implement recruitment workflows within defined service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize time-to-fill and enhance panel selection efficiency.
• Utilize Lever ATS and SuccessFactors HRIS; manage recruitment analytics, candidate pipeline information, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding logistics in collaboration with TA Operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as organizational policies.
• Advocate for PPFA as a preferred employer through various advertising platforms and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, lead intake sessions, provide updates on the candidate pipeline, and support data-driven selection processes.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines by leveraging external networks, universities, community organizations, social media, referrals, and professional associations.
• Represent PPFA at career fairs, university recruitment sessions, industry conferences, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, PCE Business Partners, and TA Operations team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment is required.
• Experience managing 10–40+ open requisitions simultaneously for professional, administrative, and specialized non-profit positions is required.
• Proficient in using SuccessFactors, Lever, or other recruitment and candidate management systems.
• Advanced understanding of full-cycle recruitment strategies, proactive multi-channel sourcing, structured behavioral interviewing, and trends in the competitive talent market.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar software is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven ability to develop innovative sourcing channels and attract diverse talent.
• A professional approach to building relationships is required.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills are essential.
• A results-oriented and data-driven mindset is required.
• Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, industry trends, and hiring best practices is preferred.
• Certifications such as APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, TAS, or other HR/recruitment-related credentials are a plus.
• A proactive, independent attitude with a strong sense of initiative is preferred.
