📋 Description

• Conduct headhunting for Manager and higher-level positions across various industries, with a primary focus on the LATAM region.

• Create advanced Boolean search strategies to locate and engage passive executive candidates who are not actively pursuing new opportunities.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and regular communication.

• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their leadership needs and organizational culture for accurate candidate alignment.

• Oversee the complete executive recruitment process from candidate identification to offer negotiation, providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow, and other specialized platforms to source technical leadership talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Proven track record in recruiting for US-based companies, particularly in Business, marketing, and e-commerce roles, ideally within a staffing agency.

• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Skilled in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
