This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical, strategic, and corporate positions across engineering, product, consulting, technology, design, and support sectors in LATAM, EMEA, and US markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivery heads, and executive leaders.
• Comprehend role requirements, articulate candidate experiences, calibrate talent, and establish competitive global offer packages.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Managers, Sourcers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Management on recruiting strategies and processes.
• Develop diverse, high-caliber candidate pipelines and foster long-lasting relationships with candidates.
• Facilitate career discussions that align candidate aspirations with available opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and lead recruitment update meetings.
• Influence business stakeholders and leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing and headhunting strategies.
• Source, map, and attract high-potential talent utilizing various channels.
• Ensure a seamless, premium candidate experience while maintaining an efficient recruitment process.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to closure.
• At least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, product, data science, and technology job families.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an external headhunter is essential.
• Practical experience in recruiting technical talent across LATAM, EMEA, and the US.
• Exceptional sourcing and talent mapping capabilities using advanced Boolean techniques via LinkedIn, Google, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of the search lifecycle, including candidate generation, stakeholder management, and advanced offer negotiation.
• Knowledge of Information Technology recruitment, including familiarity with technologies and how various profiles fit within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Employment is contingent on providing documentation verifying legal work authorization in the country of residence.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, especially in digital healthcare, software consulting, or IT services.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
