This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit skilled professionals in architecture, engineering, facilities, and technical operations for open positions.
• Proactively source and headhunt both passive and active candidates.
• Engage in candidate outreach, discovery, and screening processes.
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements.
• Verify relevant technical experience, project history, facilities experience, education, licenses, certifications, and other essential qualifications.
• Evaluate industry-specific, project-specific, and operational experience when necessary.
• Identify considerations regarding compensation, relocation, geographic location, scheduling, and availability during candidate discovery.
• Prepare thorough and precise candidate submissions.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure consistent follow-up.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting architecture, engineering, facilities, and/or related technical professionals.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience is essential.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience in independently identifying and engaging passive technical candidates.
• Excellent capabilities in candidate discovery, screening, and qualification.
• Ability to evaluate technical experience, project background, facilities experience, education, licensure, certifications, and job-specific requirements.
• Capability to comprehend specialized technical job requirements and differentiate between required and preferred qualifications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines.
• Established sourcing methods and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Commission-only compensation based on successful placements, as outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
• Employee benefits are not provided.
• Work arrangement is fully remote.
• Flexibility as an independent contractor (1099 status).
