Senior Recovery Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and German

• Over 7 years of experience in senior technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role

• Execute cybersecurity incident response and restoration engagements, including live response, triage, containment, and remediation

• Proficient in design and troubleshooting within Active Directory, VMWare ESX/HyperV

• Knowledgeable in Windows environments and adept at troubleshooting low-level operating systems and network issues

• Experience with a variety of hardware platforms, including NAS, SAN, servers, and networking devices

• Strong networking expertise, including knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and RIP

• Understanding of L2 and L3 switch design, including VLANs and port security

• Familiarity with enterprise wireless solutions (Cisco, Aruba, FortiNet)

• Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, etc.) and network traffic capture and analysis

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
