📋 Description

• Leading initiatives to facilitate the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets across the United States.

• Managing a portfolio of transactions throughout the US and fostering communication among pricing, origination, legal, and management teams.

• Negotiating and crafting documentation for commercial real estate deals.

• Supervising due diligence processes and assessing assets regarding lease terms, anticipated cash flow, and information related to operators, offtakers, and facilities.

• Providing strategic guidance on transactions and commercial issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6-12 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm, as well as in-house at a renewable energy developer.

• Proficient understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.

• Comfortable with technology and remote work environments.

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.

• A passion for adventure and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Proven ability to demonstrate sound business judgment.

• Exceptional oral, written, and analytical communication skills.
