Senior RAS Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.

• Facilitate the progress and support of new hires participating in the training program.

• Work collaboratively with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and sales leaders.

• Design and conduct impactful workshops and hands-on training sessions for external audiences.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, or clinical/technical roles within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Experience with medical devices, particularly Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.

• Background in clinical and/or operating room environments.

• Proven experience in training.

• Proficiency in English and Polish.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
