Senior RAS Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance training programs while acting as a subject matter expert for Education program initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training efforts and promote ongoing improvement.

• Communicate and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and proctors to create and implement a sustainable annual education strategy.

• Organize, coordinate, and implement training programs while managing all logistical arrangements for those events.

• Oversee participant enrollment, communications, and post-training follow-up; monitor attendance, effectiveness, and maintain reports and dashboards.

• Track event budgets and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Provide training on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies, therapies, and procedures, including hands-on, classroom, and virtual sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.

• 4–6+ years of experience in training, event coordination, clinical, technical, or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS), capital equipment, or similar advanced technologies; exposure to clinical/operating room settings is a plus.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and event management tools.

• Knowledge of HCP compliance requirements is a plus.

• Fluency in English and additional languages is advantageous.

• Professional work ethic with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
