This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams to comprehend requirements and create processes, tools, and utilities that enhance quality and efficiency.
• Constructs reusable and robust R package code and/or utilities, including comprehensive training and documentation.
• Advocates for technical innovation to foster the development of data analysis and visualization solutions within a clinical data framework.
• Collaborates with study teams to utilize and further refine processes and tools.
• Oversees change management initiatives and training for departmental systems and processes.
• At least 5 years of industry experience (Pharma, Biotech, CRO).
• Proficient in R within regulated clinical development settings.
• Strong skills in R data manipulation and analysis utilizing standard tidyverse packages.
• Excellent R visualization capabilities for static outputs and dashboards.
• Experience in developing R packages with appropriate documentation and testing.
• Background in developing SAS code, including SAS/MACRO, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Posit products, including Workbench, Positron, and Connect.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of managing multiple, competing priorities.
• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and experience in the manipulation, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials data.
• Ability to work effectively and successfully in a globally dispersed team environment with cross-cultural partners.
