This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Administration of post-award contracts, ensuring that payment applications and invoices are prepared accurately and promptly.
β’ Timely delivery of commercial and contract deliverables, including bonds, performance guarantees, insurance evidence, and reporting.
β’ Development, execution, and upkeep of project commercial plans, encompassing commercial strategy, subcontracting commercial strategy, and profit enhancement plans.
β’ Conducting regular cost analysis to: i) optimize recoverable costs, ii) reduce disallowable costs, iii) pinpoint areas for cost savings, and iv) guarantee sufficient cost accruals and provisions are established.
β’ Preparation of project cash flow forecasts, expenditure monitoring, invoice generation, and ensuring timely payments in line with client contract stipulations.
β’ A degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, accompanied by a relevant professional qualification (preferred).
β’ Significant demonstrated experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor role, ideally acquired from a background in transmission and distribution overhead lines, although this is not mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with NEC contracts.
β’ Understanding of all pertinent corporate and project procedures.
β’ Proven expertise in contract administration, including change management.
