
Senior Quantitative Manager – Fraud New Account Screening

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee a team of analytics and strategy specialists within the Fraud Strategy & Analytics division.
• Develop, manage, and execute analytics, technological advancements, and process enhancements aimed at digital account security.
• Employ descriptive and predictive methodologies to counteract fraud patterns.
• Guide and nurture junior analytics team members.
• Collaborate across departments with the Fraud Strategy & Analytics team and various stakeholders.
• Offer ad hoc assistance for operational, strategic, and leadership analytics inquiries.
• Master's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of managerial experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• 4-8 years of proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, and/or Python.
• 4-8 years of experience in statistical/econometric modeling and database administration.
• 4-8 years of expertise in SAS and SQL.
• Strong critical thinking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
