This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and sustain systems, regulations, and procedures to guarantee compliance with both internal and external requirements.
• Ensure that projects and products can meet defined standards through proactive quality practices.
• Analyze internal and external business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Design, execute, and oversee process mapping aimed at quality improvement.
• Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems.
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource demands, risks, and complexity.
• Present business solutions to leaders within the functional area.
• Convey intricate messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers.
• Influence policies and operational guidelines within the function.
• Assess the quality of information and investigate discrepancies in data.
• Utilize internal and external resources across functions to aid decision-making.
• Manage and mentor senior professional direct reports and medium to large teams.
• Attract and retain talent while providing professional or thought leadership.
• Extensive experience in Quality & Business Process Management for positions outside the USA.
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in leading programs and projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Skill in evaluating information quality and addressing conflicting data.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States for the U.S.-based position.
