This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Lead and guide team members as required.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, manage vendor relations, oversee data systems, and drive process enhancements.

• Supervise mill-level quality performance through the oversight of Quality Systems Managers.

• Perform regular audits and inspections of production workflows.

• Cultivate relationships with laboratory and premix vendors, including their onboarding and performance assessment.

• Analyze quality data to detect trends, identify gaps, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to boost efficiency and strengthen quality systems.

• Manage business-as-usual (BAU) execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, nutrition, food technology, management, social sciences, or a related discipline;

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams;

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities;

• Excellent skills in people management;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude;
