Senior Quality Engineer, Python, Selenium

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall solutions co-developed with the team,

• Creating or modifying solutions,

• Developing and updating documentation,

• Analyzing and optimizing solutions concerning the operational or designed system,

• Assessing client requirements to deliver the optimal solution for their business needs,

• Identifying potential risks,

• Adapting solutions according to business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum **4 years** of experience in test automation.

• Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies (both manual and automated).

• Proficient knowledge of **Selenium**.

• Ability to work with databases (SQL).

• Experience in requirements analysis, test plan creation, and test case development.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Experience in mentoring.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum **B2** level (documentation, team communication).

• Familiarity with approaches such as **BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example**.

• You have **experience in one of the areas**: **Performance** (k6, Gatling, JMeter), **DevOps** (Docker, Kubernetes, CI, cloud) or **Data** (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark),

• Knowledge of another testing framework (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).

• You consciously utilize Generative AI in the software development process and in design and technology decisions.
