Senior Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall solutions co-developed with the team,

• Creating or modifying solutions,

• Developing and updating documentation,

• Analyzing and optimizing solutions in relation to the functioning or designed system,

• Evaluating client requirements to deliver the optimal solution for their business needs,

• Assessing potential risks,

• Adjusting solutions based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least **4 years** of experience in test automation.

• Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies (both manual and automated).

• Proficient knowledge of **Playwright**.

• Ability to work with databases (SQL).

• Experience in requirement analysis, creating test plans, and writing test cases.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Experience in mentoring.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum **B2** level (documentation, team communication).

• Familiarity with methodologies such as **BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example**.

• You have **experience in one of the following areas**: **Performance** (k6, Gatling Jmeter), **DevOps** (Docker, Kubernetes, CI, cloud), or **Data** (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark),

• Knowledge of another testing framework (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).

• You consciously utilize Generative AI in the software development process as well as in design and technology decisions.
