This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Ensure that members receive all EPSDT/HealthChek services.
• Guarantee that members have access to maternal health and postpartum care.
• Advocate for family planning services.
• Encourage preventive health strategies.
• Identify and coordinate support for specific member needs related to maternal/child health and EPSDT.
• Collaborate with community partners and coordinators of pregnancy-related services.
• Engage in EPSDT, maternal health, and child quality performance improvement initiatives.
• Must be a resident of the state of Ohio.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio OR Physician's Assistant OR a Master's degree in health services, public health, health care administration, or a related field OR Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) OR Certified Health Care Quality Management (CHCQM).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering EPSDT services OR in Health Care Quality Improvement.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced insurance or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with EPSDT and Child Health Services.
• Knowledge of maternal and pregnancy-related services.
• Understanding of healthcare quality measures (e.g., HEDIS).
• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
