Senior Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries throughout the entire development lifecycle;

• Plan, design, and implement test scenarios and test cases, including functional, regression, and automated tests;

• Create, enhance, and sustain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations;

• Identify, log, prioritize, and monitor defects until they are resolved;

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, providing a quality perspective from the initial stages of requirements conception;

• Assist in defining, implementing, and evolving QA strategies, processes, and best practices;

• Conduct impact analyses and support validation processes across various environments;

• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high reliability and performance in deliveries;

• Encourage ongoing improvement of testing processes, product quality, and the end-user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a QA Analyst / Software Tester;

• Practical experience with test automation using Cypress/Playwright;

• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing;

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;

• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools;

• Understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices;

• Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar;

• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail;

• Collaborative individual capable of working within multidisciplinary teams;

• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence technically;

• Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to test engineering, such as data generation, automation script creation and maintenance, and QA process optimization.
