Senior Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Strategize, design, and implement functional, regression, and automated testing scenarios and cases.

• Create, enhance, and sustain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, providing a quality perspective during the initial requirements definition.

• Assist in defining, implementing, and continuously improving QA strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Conduct impact analyses and support acceptance testing processes across various environments.

• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure highly reliable and high-performing deliverables.

• Promote continuous enhancement of testing processes, product quality, and the end-user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst / Software Test Analyst.

• Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress/Playwright.

• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient with test management and defect-tracking tools.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD).

• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.

• A collaborative mindset, capable of working within cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, independence, and the ability to exert technical influence.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in test engineering.

• Familiarity with the Unimed system is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SGU systems is a plus.

• Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) is a plus.
