Senior QA/Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold comprehensive test plans;

• Design and implement tests (including functional, integration, API, and backend) — utilizing both manual and automated methods;

• Collaborate daily to instill a culture of quality, focusing on preventing bugs rather than just identifying them;

• Assist the team in the quality assurance process for the product;

• Generate and oversee test data sets to evaluate product performance and processing capabilities;

• Manage defects throughout the development and beta stages;

• Support the Product Owner (PO) and UX team with a strategic business perspective;

• Validate deliverables (including functional and non-functional requirements, layouts, usability tests, and more);

• Align quality strategies based on data insights (such as monitoring and Service Desk issues);

• Conduct regression testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques;

• Proficiency in programming languages (preferably JavaScript);

• Familiarity with databases;

• Experience in Integration/API testing (using tools like Postman, HTTParty, etc.);

• Knowledge of code versioning systems (GIT);

• Experience with non-functional testing (load, stress, etc.);

• Eagerness to learn on a daily basis;

• Enjoyment of dynamic, multitasking work environments;

• Comfort with a focus on results (meeting delivery targets);

• Ability to work independently without close supervision — proactive and self-driven.
