Senior QA Tester – QA Engineer, AI & Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee QA operations, coordinate bug workflows, and assist in executing agent-driven tests alongside clients and partners.

• Manage the lifecycle of bugs, from initial reporting to the validation of resolutions.

• Categorize failures, prioritize defects, and substantiate decisions with data.

• Gather clear evidence (screenshots, logs, scenarios, steps) for reporting.

• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of the test plan.

• Advise partners on QA best practices and expected deliverables.

• Supervise testing activities with clients and internal teams.

• Guarantee the functional quality of systems that incorporate AI components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in QA/Testing, managing the complete defect lifecycle.

• Proficient in bug management, defect categorization, and prioritization.

• Familiarity with QA/defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Experience in executing functional tests and compiling evidence.

• Strong communication skills with technical teams, partners, and clients.
