Senior QA Funcional, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute test cases and scenarios.

• Perform functional, integrated, regression, and acceptance testing.

• Validate functional requirements and business rules.

• Identify, document, and track defects.

• Generate test evidence.

• Assist users during acceptance testing.

• Validate integrations between Salesforce and corporate systems.

• Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Developers.

• Support deployment and post-deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Functional QA.

• Experience in Salesforce projects.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

• Experience with REST API testing.

• Knowledge of JSON.

• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Familiarity with Git and GitLab.

• Ability to interpret functional and technical documentation.

• Experience in creating test documentation.
