Senior QA Engineer, Margin – Rust/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle of the Margin team, encompassing requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect tracking, product delivery, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on Java / Rust-based trading and risk systems.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams to offer insights and feedback on system design, testing methodologies, and implementation of margin trading products and risk control features.

• Establish and oversee testing environments, crafting detailed and well-structured test plans and cases for intricate trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency systems.

• Conduct thorough testing that includes black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance assessments across web, mobile, backend, and distributed systems.

• Keep abreast of the latest Java / Rust technologies and testing methodologies, consistently enhancing automation frameworks, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing, ideally within technology, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Proficient programming skills in **Java / Rust** and familiar with automated testing methodologies, distributed systems, and high-concurrency architectures.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and root cause analysis skills for diagnosing performance and system issues.

• Knowledge of **AI tools** or large language models is an advantage.
