• Assess functional and technical requirements to pinpoint gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Acquire a thorough understanding of business goals and user journeys to ensure solutions address real-world demands.
• Create and implement extensive testing strategies, encompassing functional, automated, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop scalable automated testing frameworks and embed them into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid, dependable releases.
• Establish, monitor, and refine clear quality metrics that encourage transparency and continuous enhancement.
• Convey actionable quality insights to Engineering, Product Management, and business stakeholders to aid data-driven decision-making.
• Assess and suggest suitable testing tools and strategies based on scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Over 6 years of experience in software quality engineering or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proven experience in building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Preferred experience in real estate finance or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of business-driven and risk-based testing methodologies.
• Expertise in UI and API testing methods, including modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Postman).
• Familiarity with SQL and client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of testing strategies across unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing levels.
• Ability to utilize AI-powered tools to improve test design, automation, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues.
• High level of ownership and accountability, coupled with a dedication to continuous improvement.
