Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable QA automation frameworks for product applications.

• Create and implement automated test suites to guarantee product quality and reliability.

• Work collaboratively with developers and product teams to establish testing strategies.

• Incorporate testing into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.

• Consistently refine QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Maintain high standards of quality across releases in a product-oriented environment.

• Assist in defining best practices for automation and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA engineering with a strong emphasis on automation in product-based settings.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

• At least 1.5 years of experience utilizing or integrating AI within QA processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile settings.

• Background in testing modern web or platform-based applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to take ownership of quality and proactively drive improvements.
