Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Estimate quality assurance tasks.

• Validate requirements and specifications using AI-supported techniques.

• Design and evaluate test cases, suites, and checklists utilizing AI capabilities.

• Configure the execution of test suites.

• Conduct integration and system testing with intelligent detection of edge cases.

• Report bugs and perform analysis of test outcomes.

• Generate and uphold QA artifacts and documentation with the assistance of AI tools.

• Manage production incidents, monitoring, and troubleshooting through intelligent log analysis.

• Mentor and guide members of the QA team.

• Investigate QA tools and technologies, focusing on AI-driven solutions.

• Define the scope of automation, execute automation tests, and interpret the results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance with a comprehensive understanding of testing theories and methodologies.

• Proficient in test analysis, preparation, and planning with AI-supported functionalities.

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing methods, design techniques, cross-browser validation, and Types leveraging AI capabilities.

• Familiarity with test management systems (such as TestRail and Testmo), technical documentation, and reports supported by AI tools.

• Proficient in utilizing tools such as DevTools and Postman for AI-supported API validation.

• Experience with database queries (SQL) featuring intelligent query validation.

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture.

• Strong critical thinking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional proficiency in English.

• Bonus: Experience in mobile testing, familiarity with tools like Sentry, Kibana, Grafana, GA, GTM, Vercel, Builder.io, a background in the gaming industry, or expertise in automation.
