Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with software/product designers to establish quality assurance standards

• Leading the QA team in the formulation of QA testing protocols

• Supervising the creation of testing documentation

• Implementing testing methodologies and managing the QA workflow

• Diagnosing quality-related issues and adjusting testing protocols accordingly

• Performing analytical checks on product specifications

• Ensuring the effective launch of products in the marketplace

• Managing the customer satisfaction assessment process

• Demonstrated experience as a QA Engineer or in a comparable position

• Familiarity with a test-driven development environment

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication

• A critical thinker

• Capable of managing projects
