This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead and implement the manual testing strategy throughout all stages of the XR, web, mobile, and PC development lifecycle.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing for XR and web applications.
• Perform API testing to ensure endpoint functionality, request/response accuracy, authentication flows, error handling, and data integrity across integrated systems.
• Assess performance, stability, rendering quality, tracking accuracy, and device-specific limitations.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across various hardware platforms, devices, and operating systems.
• Develop, update, and enhance test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test reports.
• Collaborate closely with production, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and establish testable acceptance criteria.
• Actively engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness reviews to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Contribute to the advancement of QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in QA, managing complex testing workflows throughout the entire SDLC.
• Proven expertise in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for multi-module systems.
• Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or comparable alternatives.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and risk-based testing.
• Proactive attitude with strong prioritization skills and the capability to make quality-driven decisions in dynamic environments.
• Ability to swiftly switch contexts between multiple concurrent projects and quickly immerse in new domains.
• Capability to work independently within distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
