Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to provide high-quality features for our clients.

• Engage cross-functionally to participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from planning to test execution.

• Carry out test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze the results.

• Assess product code against established specifications.

• Determine test scenarios based on requirements.

• Create and finalize test plans in coordination with product and engineering leadership.

• Analyze test outcomes and deliver feedback to team leadership.

• Detect software bugs and provide insights to enhance quality within the team.

• Serve as the advocate for quality within the team at all times.

• Committed to quality with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a comparable role.

• Proficient in Agile testing methodologies.

• Skilled in creating, executing, and managing test cases and test plans.

• Knowledgeable in functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.

• Experience utilizing defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

• Strong capability to identify and document bugs in detail.
